Going above the nymphaeum, you have a view of the front facade of the Villa, with its gravel pathways, and part of the Italian-style labyrinth created with laurel plants. Continuing in the direction of the facade, you encounter an ancient stone fountain with a circular basin embellished with water lily plants.

Aloe Greenhouse

The greenhouse, a corner immersed in the Villa's garden and adjacent to the border of aromatic plants, houses a small collection of Aloe plants and very fragrant citrus fruits, such as lemons, grapefruits and mandarins, coming from Sicily.

Bamboo Groove

In the outermost part of the park, at the border with the perimeter walls and the Migliana stream, we find this very evocative bamboo grove; its stems bear long, fine and flexible leaves at their tips, and when a breeze passes through they produce very pleasant and relaxing sounds.

Bersò of Wisteria and Roses

In the Villa, precisely in the front part of the facade, we find a Bersò made of wood and wrought iron entirely covered with wisteria and climbing roses. Thanks to the refinement of the colors and fragrances of these flowers, the structure acquires a romantic charm. Note: "Bersò" is an Italian term for a type of garden arbor or pergola, often left untranslated as it refers to a specific architectural garden feature.

Citrus Groove and Aromatic Plants

In the lower part near the margone, which in ancient times fed the Villa's oil mill, there are various potted citrus plants and a selection of aromatic plants such as sage, rosemary and lavender, which offer, during their flowering, an explosion of fragrances and colors.

Entrance Avenue

The avenue formerly connected the farm with the adjacent village of the furnace, crossing the Migliana stream with a stone bridge. Over the years its route was made to curve slightly to connect with the new main entrance gate.

Italian Garden

The Italian garden is characterized by geometric designs formed by boxwood flower beds repeated symmetrically. At the center of the design there is a geometrically-shaped water basin crossed by a small wooden bridge, and into this flows the water stream coming from the spring. The original garden was commissioned by Count Guicciardini to Architect Pietro Berti in 1890.

Nymphaeum

The nymphaeum is a natural grotto with various rocky cavities from which spring water jets emerge and slide down the rock until they are collected by the small pond below. It has two circular ramps made of rocky stones, coming from the Calvana waterways, where the center once corresponded to the pedestrian access to the Villa.

Rose Garden

There is a rectangular rose garden containing various species of multicolored roses, blooming from April to November, and bordered by laurel plants. The arrangement and type of roses chosen follow the original layout, thus recreating the shape and colors of the ancient rose garden.

Strawberry Grape Pergola

The pergola, which connects the Italian garden and the lemon house area, is adorned with grapevines and climbing roses, so as to enjoy its flowering all year round, in spring with the blooming of roses and in autumn with the coloring of leaves in shades of red and orange. During harvest time the vaults are covered with clusters of strawberry grapes, emanating a sweet and intense fragrance.

The Great Pergola

The Great Pergola is located on the side of the Villa, adjacent to the Italian garden, and consists of a solid wood structure adorned with climbing wisteria vines and finished with white fabric, which provides shade during the hottest months of the year.
